Apple pie is one of my mum's favourite desserts, so making it always feels a little extra special!

To me, apple pie is the perfect autumn treat. The combination of sweet apples, warm cinnamon, and buttery pastry fills the kitchen with the most comforting aroma. There's something magical about taking a freshly baked pie out of the oven, especially as the weather starts to get colder.

What I love most about baking is being able to share something homemade with the people I care about. Sometimes, a simple slice of apple pie is the sweetest way to show a little love!
