Beef Bourguignon

A French Christmas Inspired by Julia Child🍷

Beef Bourguignon is a classic French dish featuring tender beef slowly braised in red wine, and this was my very first attempt at making it!

I followed a recipe by Julia Child, one of my favourite chefs and a huge inspiration for my love of cooking. The process was surprisingly complicated, involving several steps and hours of preparation. It was definitely one of the most challenging dishes I've ever made!

I prepared this dish to celebrate Christmas, and although it took a lot of time and patience, seeing everything come together was incredibly rewarding.

For me, cooking is not just about making delicious food. It's also about challenging myself, learning new techniques, and enjoying the process of creating something special to share with others!
