Braised Pork on Rice (Lu Rou Fan) is one of Taiwan's most beloved comfort foods, and for this video, I decided to recreate it using my grandmother's recipe. To me, it's more than just a bowl of rice. It's a taste of home, filled with family memories and traditions worth preserving.

Through @foody_bodi, I hope to share these familiar flavours and the stories behind them with a wider audience. My dream is to introduce more people to Taiwanese food culture, and perhaps one day, bring these stories and recipes to audiences around the world!
