What if my favorite Hong Kong dessert could become a cake?
I've always loved Mango Pomelo Sago, a refreshing Hong Kong dessert made with mango, pomelo, sago pearls, and coconut milk. So I decided to give it a little twist and turn those familiar flavors into my own original cake recipe!
I created a jelly filling with sago pearls and coconut milk, then combined it with fresh mango, pomelo, and seasonal lychees for an extra burst of fruity sweetness.
The result? A cake that tastes just like Mango Pomelo Sago, but with a completely different texture and a little surprise in every bite!
