Canelés are one of my favourite desserts to bake! With their beautifully caramelised, crispy shells and soft, custardy centres, they're a perfect example of how time, patience, and high temperatures can transform simple ingredients into something special.

For this matcha canelé recipe, I collaborated with CHEFMADE on a baking mould giveaway. Their moulds made it easier to achieve the beautiful shape and golden, crispy exterior that make canelés so irresistible!
