Strawberry season is one of my favourite times of the year, and what better way to celebrate than by baking a strawberry tart?

For this video, I took inspiration from MAISON GIVRÉE, a beautiful dessert book by Japanese pastry chef Hiroyuki Emori, which explores creative ways to bring out the natural flavours of seasonal fruits.

I wanted to share not only the recipe, but also the joy of baking something delicious with fresh strawberries. To make things even more fun, I organised an Instagram giveaway and invited my followers to join in!
